  When she came over she never came to the door and just started walking around taking pictures. She never shook out hands when we caught up to her outside. When she came into the house she insulted us by saying out kitchen had an odd layout. Would never use this place for appraisal, all she did was go room to room taking pictures, had the personality of an uncaring or uninterested person as if we did not exist.

  Its nonsense to try and respond/defend especially on google, they will leave every and any post up no matter how crazy & inaccurate it may be. Appraisal information is strictly confidential & should not be discussed with anyone except the client. The client is 99% of the time the Lender NOT the home owner. The Lender considers all info confidential. Generally the home owner just wants the highest value possible (a biased view). Where as the lender (the client) would like an unbiased honest opinion of value. Most likely the people that posted a complaint are not happy with the final dollar amount related to the appraisal. They have a conflict of interest. That being emotionally attached to the property and/or greediness &/or lack of knowledge of the general process that an appraiser must follow. In conclusion they (some homeowner's) would never be happy with an honest outcome no matter what appraiser did.
